Are Disposable Vapes being banned?
Yes. In October 2024 the government updated the plan for disposable vapes to be banned in the UK in order to minimise the environmental impact and also to reduce the uptake of vaping by under 18s. The disposable ban is due to come in to force in June 2025. What vapes are being banned?
The vape ban will include single use vapes, which the government has classified as vapes that are non-rechargeable and non-refillable. This means that all 600 puff vapes such as the Elfbar 600, Lost Mary BM600 and SKE Crystal Bar will all be affected by the ban. In line with the current information that is available from the government, high capacity vapes such as the ELFBAR AF5000 and Lost Mary BM6000 which are rechargeable will not be affected by the ban.
How can I beat the Disposable Vape Ban?
Whilst you cannot stop the disposable vape ban from happening, there are a number of options for you to personally beat the disposable ban
