Do you offer free delivery and how fast will my order arrive?
Yes. Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £20, applied automatically at checkout. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Next-day delivery is available via Royal Mail 24 and DPD. Weekend orders placed before 12pm Saturday or Sunday are also dispatched the same day. What does TPD compliant mean and why does it matter?
TPD stands for Tobacco Products Directive, which is implemented in the UK through the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR). A TPD-compliant product meets core legal standards including a maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml, a 2ml tank and pod capacity limit, and a 10ml bottle restriction for nicotine-containing e-liquids, and must be registered with the MHRA before going on sale. Buying from a legitimate retailer like UK ECIG STORE means every product on our site has passed these checks. Buying from unverified sources puts you at risk of receiving unregulated, potentially unsafe products.
Are disposable vapes still available?
No. Single-use disposable vapes were banned across the UK on 1 June 2025. It is now illegal to sell or supply any vaping device that cannot be recharged or refilled. What nicotine strength should I use?
If you smoked more than 10 cigarettes a day, start at 20mg nic salt. If you smoked fewer than 10, start at 10mg. If you used disposable vapes at 20mg, stay at 20mg with a prefilled pod kit. Starting too low is the most common reason people go back to cigarettes. You can always step down once you have made the switch successfully. If you are unsure, our customer service team can recommend the right strength for your situation.
Do you have a rewards programme?

What is the October 2026 vape duty and will it affect my prices?
From 1 October 2026, the UK Vaping Products Duty adds £2.20 per 10ml to all e-liquids sold in the UK. This applies to nic salts, shortfills, prefilled pods, and 0mg liquids. Hardware is not affected.
