The Lost Vape Hyperion 100c Mod

So Lost Vape have brought out another new mod that is more rugged and durable than most mods on the market to date. Thank god they changed the name of it as it was originally called the Scutum. So hats off already to Lost Vape for that one for listening to the feedback from the vaping community.

So let's take a peek and see what we have

The Packaging 

From the get go, the packaging like many other Lost Vape products is striking. As you can see from the box itself, Lost Vape are already showing you that this is a durable mod. Which I think is a nice touch and makes you more intrigued as to what else this has to offer.

What's inside?

Inside the box is the standard USB cable, instruction manual, a 18650 battery adapter, and of course the Hyperion DNA 100c mod quite self explanatory so far I think.

The Hyperion DNA 100c Mod

Next we get the Mod itself which I think you will agree with me on this - is very striking and looks like a mod that is very durable (my cat agrees with this). It has a strong rubber grip casing and a comfortable snakeskin or leather skin to it which fits nicely in your hand. It does come in 7 colour options as well: Red Splatter, Blue Splatter, Green Splatter, Gunmetal Calf Leather, Black Calf Leather, Black Carbon Fibre and Gunmetal Carbon Fibre. 

The Details

Now let's get to the nitty gritty of it all. What is this mod all about? Well the Hyperion is equipped with the Evolv DNA 110C chip which means it has functions such as Boost and Replay. Also with the newest DNA 100c chip you can upgrade the firmware with the provided USB cable. It’s a single battery mod 18650/20700/21700 and has a wattage range 1-100W  

This mod caters for all new and advanced vapers needs with options like Bypass, Replay, Ti so it’s a mod for everyone

The IP68 rating means that it is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof to a certain extent, which is useful if you're like me and can occasionally drop things.

Final thoughts:

I have always enjoyed using a Lost Vape product and to this day I still do. Especially when they are making their products more durable and lightweight. It's an incredible piece of kit with lots of high quality features. I would recommend reading the instruction manual with this mod just so you can use it to its full potential.
